New IT GRC solution manages risk and business continuity plans

Neupart has released SecureAware version 4.1 with improvements in business continuity plans, risk management, reporting and user management. Below is some examples.

Structures your Business Continuity Plans

The business continuity planning module, SecureAware BCP, now supports each unit in an organisation having it's own continuity plan. The plans are organised in a structure similar to the organisation. This was a request from a municipality wanting to manage a large number - hundreds - of continuity plans in a structure similar to the organisation of the municipality. With this new version each daycare center, each senior home, each school and other agencies in the organisation can manage and access their own plan. Groups in active directory manages who has access to and is able to manage the individual continuity plans.

Simpler User Permission Management

We have simplified the granting of access rights in SecureAware BCP. You can use your organisational hierarchy to determine the level of access permissions different users should have to your continuity plans.

Risk Management in Large Organisations

SecureAware Risk TNG has new asset filtering and sorting that makes it simpler to work with departmental assessment projects in organisations with many assets used inside or across departments.

Extended Reporting Capabilities

A new one click reporting function gives you easy access to the risk reports. The reports are highly customizable and supports a combination of dynamic data collected from various sources or assessors as well as commentaries, recommendations, conclusions etc, provided and documented by security professionals.

The new version also holds improvements in the modules for Policy Management, Awareness Program Management and Compliance Analysis.

This release includes English, German, Norwegian, Swedish and Danish languages.
